Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Piano Rhythm ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

The Service

Piano Rhythm is a piano-learning rhythm game. A free set of songs is available to everyone. A Piano Rhythm Premium subscription unlocks the full song library and exclusive note themes. The App shows no ads, subscribed or not.

Accounts

You need to sign in with an Apple or Google account to save progress and access most features. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Piano Rhythm Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID account.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings — Piano Rhythm cannot process cancellations or refunds directly; Apple handles these per its own policies.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or tamper with the App; use it to violate any law; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our servers; or use automated means to interact with the leaderboard or scoring systems.

Content & Intellectual Property

The App, including its original songs, artwork, and design, is owned by the Piano Rhythm developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Leaderboard & Display Name

If you use the leaderboard, your display name, level, and XP are visible to other users. Don't use a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or violates others' rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Piano Rhythm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
