This Privacy Policy explains how Lumora ("Lumora", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Lumora mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your AI Looks and product recommendations;
• To create, secure, and manage your account;
• To process subscriptions and enforce plan limits;
• To provide customer support;
• To maintain and improve the App's reliability and performance;
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

3. How Your Photos Are Processed

When you upload a selfie, it is securely stored and sent to a third-party AI image-processing provider solely to generate your requested Look. The resulting image is then stored so you can view, download, or delete it from your account at any time.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

• Firebase (Google): authentication, database, file storage, and backend functions;
• AI image-generation provider: processes your selfie to produce the generated Look;
• Apple / Google Sign-In: to let you create an account without a separate password;
• Apple App Store / Google Play: to process subscription payments.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms, and only receives the data necessary to perform their function for Lumora.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account data and generated Looks for as long as your account is active. If you delete a Look, or delete your account, the associated images and data are removed from our active systems within a reasonable period, subject to any backups retained for a limited time for security and recovery purposes.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• Access & delete individual Looks at any time from the "My Looks" screen;
• Delete your account at any time from Settings — this permanently removes your looks, photos, and account data;
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us (see below);
• Depending on where you live (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights to access, correct, port, or object to the processing of your personal data.

7. Children's Privacy

Lumora is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above.
