Monthly Charges ("the app", "we", "us") helps you track recurring subscriptions and bills. This page explains what information we collect, how it's used, and the choices you have. We built the app to collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.
If you use "Add by Voice", your speech is converted to text using your device's built-in speech recognition service (Apple's Speech framework). We only receive the resulting text you review and confirm before saving — we don't store audio recordings.
Solely to operate the app: to sync your charges and payment history securely across your devices, to schedule the local reminders you configure, and to verify your Premium subscription status. We do not use your data for advertising, and the app contains no ads and no third-party trackers.
Your account and charges data are stored with Supabase, our database provider, protected by row-level security so that only you can access your own data. Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat, which validates purchases with Apple on our behalf.
Payment reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not operate a push-notification server and do not track whether or when you open a reminder.
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below — we'll process it within 30 days.
Monthly Charges is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
